Incorporated in 1981, RAND provides engineering consulting services to municipal, private sector and government clients throughout southern Ontario.  RAND specializes in land development projects for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional use.  Our projects vary from small commercial developments to detailed design and construction management of infrastructure works for large communities.
